Financial Planning Analyst

Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis / Senior Analyst.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving business insights through data.

Key Responsibilities: · Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to management. Support the development of financial models to forecast company performance and guide strategic decisions. · Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for analysis and reporting. · Strategic Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve business objectives. Provide analytical support for business cases, capital expenditure proposals, and other strategic initiatives. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and data management. Support the automation of routine financial tasks and reports to enhance efficiency.
