Amazon FBA Product Launch Specialist

About Us- We are a fast-growing Amazon FBA White Label/Private Label company focused on building a scalable pipeline of high-quality products across multiple categories. Our goal is to continuously launch new SKUs per month, supported by strong supplier partnerships and efficient go-to-market systems. We are seeking a proven Amazon Private Label Operator who already has trusted supplier connections and end-to-end Amazon launch experience.

Key Responsibilities-

1.

Product Sourcing & Supplier Management by building a monthly pipeline of 10–15 new SKUs. 2.

Use your existing supplier network (U.S.) to identify and source new product opportunities. 3.

Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and lead times. 4.

Manage sample ordering, quality checks, and improvement feedback. 5.

Prepare product listings with optimized SEO, keywords, and compliance checks. 6.

Assist in PPC strategies and launch plans to ensure rankings and early sales velocity. 7.

Develop long-term relationships with reliable, cost-effective suppliers.

Product Research & Market Analysis-

1.

Conduct detailed product research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, etc. 2.

Create product comparison sheets, profitability breakdowns, and supplier analysis reports. 3.

Stay up to date with Amazon trends and emerging sourcing trends.

Required Candidate Profile-

1.

Existing vendor/supplier connections in the U.S. 2.

Ability to handle the full workflow: Product idea → sourcing → negotiations → branding → listing → launch. 3.

Deep knowledge of Amazon FBA systems, compliance, and restricted categories. 4.

Ability to bring existing processes, templates, tools, and supplier contacts into the company. 5.

Fluent English (additional languages is a plus)
