Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and marketing-oriented Graphic Designer who understands that design is not decoration- it is communication.
This role will work closely with the B2B and Marketing team across Dynem Mobility(B2B), and Xcapebicycles to create high-impact brand assets, product documentation, and marketing collaterals.
The ideal candidate should combine strong visual skills with marketing thinking, structured communication, and the ability to handle fast-moving execution environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Performance Creatives
- Social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta ads)
- Campaign visuals and launch creatives
- A+ content layouts for Amazon / Flipkart
- Website banners and landing visuals
- Events & Exhibition
2. Product Documentation & Collaterals
- User manuals (structured, clean, instructional layouts)
- Brochures and catalogues
- Dealer presentations
- Product spec sheets
- Technical documentation visuals
3. Event & Exhibition Design
- Booth panels and backdrops
- Standee designs
- Print collaterals
- Product display graphics
- B2B sales decks
4. Brand Consistency
- Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines
- Ensure packaging accuracy and product representation
- Work closely with product and marketing to ensure zero misinformation
- Improve visual storytelling across brands
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably consumer brand / automotive / mobility / B2B)
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and performance design
- Experience in both digital and print design
- Ability to structure content-heavy layouts (manuals, brochures, spec sheets)
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Understanding of brand identity systems
Tools Required:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Experience with AI tools for creative workflows is a plus
