Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore for an Academic Advisor/Counsellor at VCNow. Responsibilities include providing academic guidance and support to working executives and thereby assisting them in selecting suitable Executive Education Programs. The Academic Advisor will understand the background role and responsibilities and objectives of the Executive and accordigy tele-counsel them for relevant programs.

Qualifications Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with Executives Proficiency in terms of maturity and skills in Counseling and Academic Advising Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, detail-driven environment Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in academic advising or counseling roles or Tele-Calling is an advantage Interested candidates can directly share their resumes at purnima.ayare@vcnow.in
