The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting VM migrations with minimal downtime and ensuring post-migration stability.

Qualifications

- 3+ years relevant experience in virtualization or infrastructure roles - At least one completed VMware to Hyper-V migration project

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in VMware - Hands-on experience in Microsoft Hyper-V

Preferred Skills

- Additional certifications in virtualization technologies
