Senior Coordinator – VFX Production

Location: Mumbai (Night Shift – Overseas Coordination) Department: Production

Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Senior Coordinator

to manage client communication and coordinate closely with internal production teams. The role requires strong English communication skills, as the candidate will be working directly with overseas offices during night shifts. The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of VFX production workflows and demonstrate proficiency in reporting, tracking, and coordination across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and updates. Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure timely delivery of projects. Prepare and maintain detailed production reports using Excel. Track project progress, bids, and schedules using Ftrack. Monitor workflow across VFX departments including: Roto Paint Compositing (Comp) Matchmove Ensure clear and effective communication between overseas clients and internal teams. Escalate issues proactively and maintain delivery timelines. Support producers and supervisors with documentation and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in VFX production coordination. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced level preferred). Hands-on experience with Ftrack or similar project management tools. Clear understanding of VFX pipeline and department workflows (Roto, Paint, Comp, Matchmove). Ability to work night shifts for overseas coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) Knowledge of Nuke or other compositing software. Prior experience handling international clients. Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up skills.
