Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to support HR operations across client engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR consulting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation - Support recruitment processes (sourcing, scheduling interviews, coordination) - Assist in onboarding and employee lifecycle management - Respond to employee queries and coordinate with client teams - Support policy documentation, HR MIS, and compliance tracking - Prepare reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel - Assist in implementation of HR strategies and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate (BBA / BMS / B.Com / Any Graduate) – Freshers may apply - Basic understanding of HR Management and HR Operations - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word - Comfortable using AI tools for documentation and process support - Good organizational skills and ability to multitask - High level of confidentiality and professionalism
