- The incumbent will lead land acquisition and procurement efforts across all southern states, ensuring seamless land acquisition for renewable energy projects (Wind, Solar, Hybrid, Battery Storage). - Drive a structured and strategic approach to land acquisition planning. - Secure land for renewable energy projects within planned timelines and budgets. - Ensure legal and regulatory compliance to avoid project delays. - Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate seamless land procurement. - Mitigate risks associated with land disputes and regulatory challenges. - Land acquisition and management for all south-based renewable energy projects. - Leading the state and project land teams and ensuring functional alignment. - Direct engagement with land aggregators to optimize procurement efforts. - Liaison with government agencies for approvals and clearances. - Implementation of best practices in land acquisition and management. - Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure encroachment free land is available for smooth project execution. - Functionally lead state land teams to ensure effective coordination and execution.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Business Administration / Land Management / Engineering. - Master’s degree (MBA / LLM / Public Policy) preferred.
