QA Automation Engineer

who is passionate about building reliable automated test frameworks and ensuring high product quality across complex SaaS applications. This role will focus heavily on

automation using Python and Playwright , along with

API testing and test framework development . The ideal candidate enjoys breaking software, building scalable automation, and working closely with engineering teams to improve product quality. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain

automated test suites using Python and Playwright Perform

API testing

using tools such as Postman or similar frameworks Create and execute

manual and automated test cases

for web applications Develop reusable

automation frameworks and testing utilities Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies Identify, document, and track defects while working closely with engineering teams on resolution Integrate automated tests into

CI/CD pipelines Perform

regression, functional, and integration testing Improve overall

test coverage, reliability, and release quality Required Qualifications 3–4 years of experience

in software testing (manual and automation) Strong experience with

Python for test automation Hands-on experience with

Playwright automation framework Experience with

API testing

using Postman or similar tools Solid understanding of

test case design, test execution, and defect tracking Strong debugging and analytical skills Experience working with

Git version control Nice to Have Experience integrating automation with

CI/CD pipelines Experience testing

SaaS or web-based applications Exposure to

test automation architecture or framework design Experience working in
