Role: Manager : Commercial AI Strategist

Description:

We are seeking an AI Strategist with strong experience in pharma/life sciences commercial and marketing functions to drive AI-led transformation. The role focuses on operating model redesign, implementation planning, and governance, enabling organizations to transition from traditional structures to AI-optimized teams while ensuring responsible and compliant AI adoption, including AI resourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Define AI strategies aligned to commercial, brand, and marketing objectives - Create practical AI implementation roadmaps and change adoption plans - Establish and support AI governance frameworks aligned with pharma regulatory and compliance requirements - Act as a trusted advisor to commercial and senior stakeholders - Identify high-impact AI use cases across sales, marketing, omnichannel, and insights - Support AI workforce and resourcing transformation, including mapping traditional roles to AI-enabled team structures - Design AI-first operating models combining humans, AI, and automation - Primary focus on AI-driven workflows and workforce enablement - Support broader AI strategy for AOR operations - Enable integration across end-to-end workflows, including production handover

Experience & Skills

- 8-10 years of experience in pharma or life sciences, especially commercial, brand, or marketing domains - Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, and automation (strategic and applied) - Proven experience in AI strategy, operating model design, or transformation initiatives - Ability to translate AI concepts into clear business value - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
