Role Summary

The Delivery Lead – Murex Connectivity will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex Murex programs, with a strong focus on Connectivity 2.0 implementations and integrations. This role combines technical depth, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high service quality while driving profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilites

- Lead delivery of large, complex Murex programs using structured delivery frameworks. - Own scope, risk, cost, and quality management across multi‑team, multi‑stream engagements. - Act as Subject Matter Expert for Murex Connectivity 2.0 and integration architecture. - Collaborate with sponsors and senior stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with business objectives. - Drive workflow configuration and development across Murex modules. - Oversee MXML configuration, development, and data‑model alignment. - Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across development, testing, operations, and business teams. - Lead design discussions and manage user interactions for design reviews and UAT sign‑off. - Measure, track, and communicate delivery progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership. - Mentor and coach senior and junior team members, enabling high‑performance delivery teams. - Proactively support pre‑sales and sales activities through innovative delivery solutions and credibility with clients.

Qualifications

- Minimum 18 years of hands‑on experience in Murex, with deep expertise in Murex Connectivity 2.0. - Strong experience in large‑scale integration programs involving Murex. - Expertise in XML‑based programming (XSLT, XML parsing, Java). - Strong understanding of MXML data model. - Solid understanding of Operations workflows and pre‑trade / post‑trade workflows. - Experience developing APIs, trade workflows, and exchange integrations. - Technical expertise in Java, XML, XSL, Unix scripting (Shell/Perl), SQL (T‑SQL / PL‑SQL). - Exposure to messaging technologies (MQ, TIBCO or similar). - Strong understanding of financial products and capital‑markets operations. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. - 15 years of full‑time education.

Nice to Have

- Murex Back Office workflows experience. - Experience leading global or distributed delivery teams. - Prior client‑facing delivery leadership roles in Tier‑1 banks or financial institutions.
