About the role This role is for someone who enjoys being at the center of action in the real estate ecosystem. You will own and grow a strong network of channel partners and brokers, turning relationships into consistent deal flow while helping shape how the business expands in the market. This is not a desk-only position. It is a field-driven, ownership-heavy role where speed, judgement, and relationship-building matter every day. What you will do Build, onboard, and actively manage a network of channel partners across Bangalore micro-markets. Develop strong working relationships so partners consistently bring high-quality seller and buyer leads. Act as the primary point of coordination between partners, sellers, and internal teams to move deals forward. Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and documentation support to ensure smooth closures. Provide on-ground market feedback on pricing trends, demand shifts, and partner insights to internal product and pricing teams. Create partner engagement initiatives, meetings, and touchpoints that strengthen long-term collaboration. Continuously improve processes for partner onboarding, communication, and performance tracking. What you should bring Two to six years of experience working with real estate channel partners, brokers, or property sales networks. Strong spoken and written English, with Hindi and Kannada as an advantage for local market interaction. Comfort working with CRM tools, Excel, and structured tracking systems to manage pipelines and performance. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deal stages while maintaining strong customer experience.
