Position Overview: The Project Manager – IEC & SBM-U will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of IEC, Behavior Change Communication (BCC), Capacity Building, and Swachh Survekshan documentation activities. The role ensures 100% compliance with SBM-U guidelines and accurate, timely reporting on the Swachhatam Portal.

Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering SBM-U–related project activities. Your key responsibilities will include: Project Coordination & Management: Swachh Survekshan Documentation: IEC/BCC & Capacity Building: Stakeholder Coordination: Compliance & Monitoring: Reporting: Regulatory Compliance: Review Meetings & Follow-ups: Team Guidance: Audit & Gap Closure:

Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in Environmental Science, Social Work, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum

2–3 years of experience

in SBM-U, Solid Waste Management (SWM), IEC/BCC, or Swachh Survekshan–related projects. Proven experience working with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) or Government departments.

Swachh Bharat Mission–Urban

and

Swachh Survekshan indicators . Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage teams and deliver outputs within strict timelines. Strong reporting, documentation, and portal management skills.
