AB InBev India is currently looking to hire a

Compliance Senior Manager

on the L&CA team (Legal and Corporate Affairs) based in Bangalore. As

Compliance Senior Manager , you will report directly to Compliance Associate Director for AB InBev India.

As the AB InBev India Compliance Senior Manager, you will be responsible to: Demonstrate integrity in all actions and decisions. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and best practices, and ensure that the company remains in compliance e.g. anti-corruption laws, anti-trust laws, data privacy laws, etc. Lead and manage investigations into potential violations of company policies; prepare investigation reports with findings, conclusions, recommendations for corrective actions Perform third party risk assessments and compliance reviews Utilize data analysis tools and provide data driven insights to support work Develop and refresh policies and conduct trainings. Implement data protection and privacy programs Implement antitrust and anti-competition programs Work cross functionally with functions outside of the L&CA team to support compliance efforts Take on special projects as needed

The ideal Compliance Senior Manager will have： Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, business, or a related field. Minimum 7 years PQE with at least 3 years of experience in compliance or ethics roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal and regulatory issues to non-legal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Professional certification in compliance, ethics, or a related field is a plus. Must have a strong commitment to ethics and integrity.

Further skills that would be helpful: Qualified lawyer with experience in Compliance / Investigations at a Law Firm or at a multinational company would be a plus In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations governing the alcohol industry in India Experience at a company with major, consumer-facing brands is helpful Experience in beverage/brewing or another highly regulated industry would be a plus
