Job Overview We are looking for a

skilled Ecommerce Specialist (Amazon)

who can independently manage and optimize Amazon seller accounts. This role is ideal for someone who understands Amazon’s ecosystem deeply and is passionate about driving sales, improving visibility, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Create, optimize, and manage

Amazon product listings

in compliance with Amazon policies Handle

FBA operations

including shipment creation, labeling, tracking, and inventory coordination Monitor and respond to

buyer-seller messages , customer queries, and feedback promptly Manage order processing to ensure

accurate and timely fulfillment Create and manage

coupons, deals, and promotional offers Plan, execute, and optimize

Amazon Ads : Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands Sponsored Display Perform

keyword research

and listing & ad optimization to improve rankings and conversions Track and analyze

sales, ads, and performance metrics (KPIs) Prepare

regular performance reports

for internal teams and clients Stay updated with

Amazon policy changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends Collaborate with

marketing, sales, and operations teams

to align strategies and goals

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field 2+ years of hands-on experience

in Amazon Seller Central account management Strong understanding of

Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices Experience with tools like

Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout , or similar Proven expertise in

Amazon advertising & ROI optimization Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent

written and verbal communication Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a

fast-paced environment Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
