Position Overview:
The Transition Team member will be responsible for coordinating all client interiors-related activities across multiple project sites. This includes managing the smooth transition processes such as handing over the space for interiors to clients and taking over premises when tenant vacates, ensuring seamless communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interiors activities for clients across all project sites to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Manage the handover and takeover processes of interiors, ensuring all client requirements and project standards are met.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to resolve any issues related to interiors during transitions.
Maintain detailed documentation related to interiors handover and takeover, including checklists, punch lists, and approval records.
Track progress of interiors work across sites and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Support the senior team members in managing multiple commercial interior projects.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to interiors coordination for client meetings.
Facilitate smooth communication between on-site teams and clients during transition phases.
Utilize SAP for billing processes related to interiors projects, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and financial documentation.
Reading and interpreting drawings (architectural, MEP, reflected ceiling, etc.)
Coordination with consultants, vendors, and facility teams
Knowledge of statutory approvals, compliance, and safety standards
Project sequencing and site coordination across trades
Qualifications:
Experience in interiors coordination or project management in commercial projects.
Execute and supervise civil and interior fitout works for office and commercial projects.
Plan and coordinate interior works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, painting, and finishing activities.
Possess working knowledge of execution of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems related to office fitout works.
Identify site issues and support timely resolution to avoid delays.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to manage handover/takeover documentation and processes efficiently.
Working knowledge of SAP, particularly in billing and invoicing processes, is essential.
Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-city environment.
