Junior Architect

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Role Overview As a Junior Architect (Technical & Site Liaison), you will support the Lead Architect in producing detailed technical drawings and ensuring smooth coordination between design and on-site execution for our villa and hospitality projects in Bali.

You will play a key role in translating design intent into accurate construction drawings, assisting in technical detailing, and monitoring site progress to ensure works align with approved plans. This role requires strong drafting skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to respond quickly to on-site challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Architect in producing comprehensive technical drawings (Denah, Tampak, Potongan)

Develop accurate 2D floor plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD

Prepare technical architectural details, including joinery, material transitions, and waterproofing details

Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction aligns with architectural drawings

Monitor contractor work in terms of cost, time, and resources to ensure project milestones are met

Attend site meetings and support supervision to maintain alignment with design intent

Identify and resolve design-to-site discrepancies (e.g., clashes with structure, terrain adjustments)

Provide immediate drafting support or sketches to assist site teams in resolving technical issues

Update schematic drawings to reflect as-built changes during construction

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (S.Ars / S.T.)

2–3 years of experience in built projects, with involvement from the drawing phase through construction completion

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to quickly modify drawings for site adjustments

Strong analytical and spatial thinking skills (ability to interpret 3D issues within 2D drawings)

3D modelling and rendering skills (SketchUp, Enscape) are a plus

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia for coordination with contractors and mandors

Functional English for internal reporting and communication
