Head of Finance and Accounting For Luxury Hospitality & Real Estate

The Head of Finance is responsible for leading and managing the company’s overall Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, with a primary focus on the Hospitality division. Extensive experience in the hospitality industry is essential to ensure strong financial governance, accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with Indonesian tax and accounting regulations within hotel operations.Exposure to real estate or property development is considered an added advantage, particularly in supporting project budgeting, development cost control, and financial feasibility analysis.This role plays a critical leadership function in developing financial strategies, managing budgets and cash flow, overseeing tax compliance, and partnering with executive leadership to drive sustainable financial performance and operational efficiency across the organization.
