Network Dealer Management Specialist (Automotive Industry)

Position Description： Network management is the executor of the basic management of the dealer network, mainly responsible for the full life cycle management of the dealer, including: dealer contract signing, process indicator evaluation, assessment, personnel management, data management and dealer in and out of the mechanism. So as to realize the terminal dealers refined management, to ensure the healthy development of the network.

Key Responsibilities： Responsible for the signing of brand authorization contracts, purchase and sales lists, service agreements and other documents for the division. Responsible for the maintenance of the division's network data Responsible for the management of dealer grading, classification certification evaluation, etc. Responsible for the development of business unit network management methods, the establishment of management systems and optimization work. Responsible for the development, optimization and review of the division's network entry and exit mechanism. Responsible for the dealer Health Analysis and Evaluation and Application. Responsible for leading the development of comprehensive network operation analysis and assessment standards and the application of the results. Responsible for the management of dealers' personnel and information.

Qualification: Fluent spoken English Bachelor's degree or higher required Marketing, Internet, Sales Management, or equivalent degree preferred Organized event management with attention to detail and process management Strong verbal and written communication skills required Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
