Job Description
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Manage schedules for guests, meetings, and meeting room usage
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents
Handle front office administration (visitor logs, archives, guest data)
Provide basic information about the company to visitors or clients
Maintain a tidy and comfortable reception area
Coordinate with relevant departments when necessary
Qualifications
Minimum education:
D3 (Associate Degree) or S1 (Bachelor’s Degree)
Previous experience as a receptionist or front office staff is a plus
Neat, polite, and professional appearance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded
English proficiency (spoken and written) is a plus
