Chief Finance Officer (Digital Infrastructure & Ecosystem Platform)

About the Role

We are representing a high-growth digital infrastructure and ecosystem platform undergoing rapid expansion across Indonesia. Backed by strong institutional capital and strategic partnerships, the company is entering its next phase of scale—requiring a finance leader who can balance

capital strategy, operational discipline, and ecosystem growth . This role will serve as a key member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO and shareholders to drive

financial strategy, fundraising, corporate actions, and business transformation initiatives . Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Finance & Capital Leadership

Lead end-to-end

fundraising initiatives

(debt & equity), including engagement with banks, PE/VC, and institutional investors

Drive

capital structuring, financial strategy, and long-term funding roadmap

Evaluate and execute

corporate actions

(M&A, divestment, partnerships, restructuring)

2. Financial Operations & Governance

Oversee full finance function:

FP&A, treasury, accounting, tax, reporting, and compliance

Ensure strong

cash flow management, capital efficiency, and financial controls

Manage reporting to board, shareholders, and regulators

3. Business Partnering & Value Creation

Act as a strategic partner to CEO and business leaders in

driving growth, profitability, and expansion initiatives

Support

commercial decision-making, pricing strategy, and investment prioritization

Translate business strategy into

financial execution and measurable outcomes

4. Transformation & Scalability

Lead finance transformation to support

scaling operations and ecosystem integration

Implement systems, processes, and governance aligned with a

high-growth, multi-business environment

Build a high-performing finance organization

Requirements

15+ years of experience across

corporate finance, investment, or senior finance leadership roles

Proven experience as

CFO / Finance Director / Head of Finance / Senior Corporate Finance Leader

Strong track record in: Fundraising (debt & equity)

M&A / corporate actions

Financial restructuring or capital strategy

Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Telecommunications / Digital Infrastructure

Energy / Infrastructure / Capital-intensive industries

Technology / Digital Ecosystem platforms

Strong exposure to

institutional stakeholders

(banks, investors, regulators)

Demonstrated ability to operate at both: Strategic level (board, investors)

Operational level (finance execution, team leadership)

Preferred Profile

Experience in

high-growth or transformation environments

Background combining

investment + operator experience

is highly valued

Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders

Comfortable navigating

complex, multi-entity business structure
