This role will identify, attract, and hire highly skilled specialist talent to meet the organization's needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the education industry, exceptional recruitment skills, strong networking in the community, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to define and align hiring needs
Actively source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals
Review and sort incoming resumes and log them into tracking systems
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring cycle
Guide candidates through the recruitment process with timely communication and updates
Lead salary and benefit negotiations in alignment with company compensation policies
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in executive hiring
Experience in recruitment consultancy; handling healthcare or education sector is a plus
Experience in interviewing candidates using behavioral event interview methods
Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
