To support our growing e-commerce and livestream business, we are looking for a

Livestream Support Intern (Fresh Graduate)

to assist in ensuring smooth technical execution and operational readiness during live sessions.

Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat .

Responsibilities : Assist the team in preparing the livestream studio setup before each session (camera, audio, lighting, and internet). Support basic testing of OBS scenes and livestream configurations under supervision. Help ensure livestream sessions start and end smoothly alongside the team. Observe and support the implementation of livestream SOPs during live sessions. Assist in uploading banners, overlays, and product links as directed by the team. Support data recording and input of livestream performance metrics (viewers, duration, CTR, etc.). Help with product preparation and light packaging support when needed. Assist in basic technical troubleshooting during live sessions under guidance. Coordinate with Livestream Hosts and internal teams for smooth execution. Support maintaining studio organization and equipment arrangement.

Requirements : Fresh graduate (SMA/SMK/Diploma/Bachelor) from any major; Communication, Broadcasting, Multimedia, or Marketing is a plus. Strong interest in livestream operations, e-commerce, or digital business. Basic knowledge of OBS Studio, TikTok Live Studio, or streaming tools is a plus. Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive. Good time management and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work 6 days per week

with a rotational shift system (including different working days and working hours). Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on livestream schedules. Can join ASAP
