Social Creative Intern

We’re opening an internship opportunity within our Social Creative team at Innocean Indonesia. This role is designed as a learning space for young creators who want to understand how social content works inside a global agency environment not just at a surface level, but within real brand campaigns. You’ll be involved in projects for brands, working alongside creative directors, social leads, and production teams. You won’t be observing from the sidelines. You’ll be part of the execution process, with guidance and clear direction. We’re looking for someone who:Is used to shooting content on a phone and understands that the first few seconds make or break a videoCan edit efficiently and with intention (CapCut, Premiere, or any tool you’re comfortable with)Knows that TikTok and Reels are not the same and approaches them differentlyHas a natural sense of pacing, hooks, and cultural contextIs curious about new tools, including AI, and experiments on their own You’ll gain exposure to:Real brand campaigns and social executionsStructured creative thinking and brand alignmentA proper production setup and workflowMentorship from creative and social leaders This internship is for those who want to connect their passion for content with the professional creative industry and are serious about growing their craft.
