This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a HYROX Coach. The HYROX Coach will be responsible for leading HYROX training sessions, delivering high-quality fitness instruction, designing workout programs that align with HYROX competition standards, and fostering an encouraging and inclusive training environment. Responsibilities also include managing athlete progress, maintaining program adherence, providing personalized coaching, and motivating participants to achieve their fitness and performance goals. The role requires collaboration with team members and actively contributing to the vibrant 20FIT community. Qualifications

Experience and expertise in fitness coaching, workout programming, and performance optimization Strong knowledge of HYROX or functional fitness techniques and ability to execute them safely and effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guiding and motivating individuals and teams Passion for fitness, community engagement, and supporting individuals in achieving their health goals Relevant certifications in HYROX365 Foundation Course, HYROX Performance Coach Level 1, fitness training and first aid/CPR are strongly preferred Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team environment Strong commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and maintaining a welcoming and inclusive training space Full Time / Freelance
