Senior Product Manager (Perp DEX)

Summary We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and launch of cutting‑edge products. This role requires strategic vision, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of user needs to drive product success in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features

Drive cross‑functional execution and share insights throughout the company

Guide and inspire a team of designers and engineers to ship and maintain products

Oversee the launch of new products from start to finish

Qualifications

6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or DeFi

Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in fast‑paced environments

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience in both written and verbal forms

Experience in building and leading high‑performing teams

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic startup environment
