IT Infrastructure

Oversees and maintains all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including performances, health and automate backup at operational levels. Responsible for ensuring a smooth operations of all IT Systems including Networks (Firewalls, IP Segments, etc.), Hardwares (Development, Networking and Security devices) Servers (VPS, Baremetal or offshore Backups), and Services (which may include third-party software and/or own-developed). Contributing development of IT Department policies and scalability. Coordinate with the internal IT Department for IT services provided in the company. Act as L2 support and make smooth transition to L1 for any services operated in the company by providing guide and documented troubleshoot procedure. Contribute to the IT Related Project. Liaise with vendors and coordinate with the superior. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the IT infrastructure's efficiency and development. Requirements Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in IT SysAdmin / IT Operations / Infrastructure fields of work. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Informatics Engineering. Minimum GPA of 3.25. Understanding of IT systems and processes. Strong technical knowledge of Network and Server Operating System. Having good knowledge of scripting (CLI and SQL) and programming. Basic knowledge on Data Security and Cyber Security basics. Vast experience on Mikrotik, Switches, VM, HA, and Enterprise Backup Solution.
