Senior Waiter/Waitress

About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team at Eatopia Global Group Bali in Badung, Bali. This full-time role is an integral part of our operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly, attentive and efficient table service to customers

Taking orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen staff

Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

Ensuring tables are set and maintained to a high standard

Handling cash and processing payments accurately

Responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any issues

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

Assisting with side duties such as restocking and light cleaning

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a waitress/waiter in a similar role

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Good numeracy skills and experience handling cash

Knowledge of food and beverage service best practices

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

A positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a high-performing team
