People Strategic Assistant Manager at Lion Parcel | HRBP | CHRP Responsibilities

Carry out tasks displaying solid basic research knowledge, design research and good knowledge about producing research projects outputs

Plan and manage research projects (in-house and with external vendor), including creating research plan and questionnaire development

Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends

Stay updated with industry trends to gain market insights for Lion Parcel competitiveness

Gather information from multiple sources (primary and secondary research) to produce beneficial and actionable insight for the business teams

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support market research initiatives & inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any field (Marketing will be a plus)

Minimum 4 years experience in designing research projects to proactively answer business

Experience in quantitative types of research (qualitative will be a plus)

Good communication skills to manage stakeholders

Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and a drive to acquire new knowledge

Fast learner and adaptable to various tasks

Self‑driven, a team player, and thrives in collaborative environments

Have worked in a fast paced environment

Willing to contract under Outsourcing.
