Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields

At least 1 year of working experience in finance.

Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian (HSK Level 5 or higher preferred)

Highly detail-oriented, patient, responsible and reliable.

Able to work on-site at Pluit, North Jakarta

Job Description

Responsible for daily cash receipt and payment, and bank settlement of the company, ensuring consistency between accounts and actual funds.

Review the compliance of reimbursement documents and process expense payments in strict accordance with company policies.

Timely and accurately record cash and bank journals.

Responsible for purchase, custody, usage and write-off of important bills such as checks and invoices.

Enter data into the business system and verify consistency with K3 system.

Complete month-end closing for two companies in Shenzhen and prepare financial statements.

Perform other finance-related supporting tasks assigned by finance manager.
