Dynamics 365 CRM Project Operations Consultant (Fully Remote)

We are seeking an experienced

Dynamics 365 CRM Project Operations Consultant

to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions.

The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable D365 Project Operations and CRM solutions, ensuring successful delivery across the project lifecycle.

This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while working on complex, enterprise-level implementations.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end implementations of

Dynamics 365 Project Operations (CRM-focused) Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across project management, resourcing, time & expense, and financial processes Configure and customise D365 Project Operations and Dynamics 365 CRM modules Act as a functional subject matter expert, advising best practices and solution design Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and system enhancements Support UAT, training, and go-live activities Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations Engage with stakeholders across business and IT teams in a remote delivery environment

Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a

Dynamics 365 CRM / Project Operations Consultant Strong functional knowledge of

D365 Project Operations (Lite or Integrated) Experience with project accounting, resource management, and time & expense processes Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM (Dataverse, Power Platform fundamentals) Experience working on full lifecycle implementations Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
