Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting organizational development through workforce planning, organizational design, job profile development, and competency framework management. This role also leads the design, execution, and evaluation of OD initiatives aimed at strengthening individual and team capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and analyzing workforce needs in line with company projections.
Document and support the review of organizational structures for efficiency and clarity in roles and responsibilities.
Develop and update job descriptions, outlining key responsibilities and required competencies.
Build and maintain a competency framework to evaluate and develop employee skills aligned with job roles.
Design and implement organizational development programs to drive performance and growth.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of OD programs on individual and organizational performance.
Conduct comprehensive Workload Analysis (WLA) and Manpower Productivity Reviews to assess workload distribution, evaluate staffing efficiency, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, with prior experience in a supervisory role preferred.
Strong understanding of competency development, and workforce planning.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for talent and organizational growth.
