Facility Planning Lead

Lead the planning and design of greenfield facility, ensuring alignment with company standard. Coordinate with manufacturing excellence and project group from headquarter to integrate manufacturing facility, processes, equipments, specifications. Collaborate with consultant and government relationship team to secure necessary permits and approval from government authority in Indonesia. Develop and ensure compliance with Indonesia environment, safety, and industrial standard during the design and construction phases. Act as main liaison between head quarter group, government relationship team, contractors and other stakeholders to provide all manufacturing planning. Provide the regular progress update to stakeholders with professional project management process. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or project management. Experienced (3-5 years)with greenfield factory project with large capital investment for heavymanufacturing or automotive industry. Proven ability to lead high-investment projects with multi-cultural teams. Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational efficiency in manufacturing. Skilled in project management and construction supervision. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
