We are looking for a driven and ambitious Management Trainee (MT) to join our growing team remotely from Indonesia. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate across key departments—Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and Strategy—gaining hands‑on experience and mentorship from senior leaders. This position offers a structured training plan, real‑world projects, and a clear path to advancement within the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
Participate in rotational assignments across departments to understand business processes.
Support day‑to‑day operations and team objectives.
Analyze data and assist in developing performance reports.

What We’re Looking For
