Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to digital banking, savings, and lending products

Conduct regular reviews and audits of transactions, processes, and documentation to ensure adherence to compliance standards

Lead the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for digital banking products

Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators to ensure smooth licensing processes and ongoing compliance

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks in product development and operations

Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting digital banking, savings, and lending in Indonesia

Prepare and submit timely compliance reports to regulators and internal stakeholders

Represent the company in regulatory discussions and support the team in addressing compliance‑related inquiries and audits

Qualifications

Around 3-5 years of experience in compliance, with a strong track record in digital banking, savings, or lending

Deep understanding of Indonesia’s financial regulatory landscape, including OJK and BI requirements

Experience managing licensing processes and regulatory communications

Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with regulators and internal teams

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Proactive and self‑motivated, with a high degree of ownership and adaptability

Familiarity with digital banking products and fintech innovations is a plus
