This is an on-site, full-time role for a Customer Relation Officer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Relation Officer will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and handling support requests. Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and solutions
Possess strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and propose appropriate actions
Proficiency in Customer Support and Client Relations to address concerns and enhance the client experience
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively with teams on-site
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Prior experience in customer relations or support roles is a plus
