*Understanding customers' needs and providing Software and service solutions.
*Existing core customer value mining and helping them to accelerate the enterprise's digital transformation.
*Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic solution-based sales opportunities.
*Ability needed: Understand telco market, Competition analysis, business opportunity background analysis, business quotation and negotiation, contract negotiation, etc.
*Achieve/exceed sales goals, sustainable revenue growth.
*Develop sales plans based on industry trends and customer analysis.
*Work closely with the Solutions Engineer team in delivering and ensuring customers are gaining high value from their investments.
*Manage sales life-cycle for all accounts.
Requirements

*3+ years experience with Telco industry, working with large high-profile accounts
*Exhibits a “hunter” mentality and possesses an outstanding ability to close sales.
*Excellent working experience with a business quotation, Contract negotiation
*Proven record and strong capability to generate leads, pursue opportunities, and sell.
*Experience selling at C-level.
*Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English, skills in Chinese would be a added advantage.
*Possesses a strong sensibility for technology.
*Ability to solve customer-related problems in a positive manner.
*Strong in consultative and insight-based selling
*Proven ability to grow revenue and manage accounts
*Good knowledge Telco industry
*Experience analyzing data, trends, and the market to develop key selling points
