SAP HCM Manager

As Managers for HCM practice (SAP HCM, SAP Successfactors and other HCM solution), your role & responsibilities will be

Responsibilities

Manage department of SAP HCM and SAP SF consultants

Ensure and Manage project in related to this solution can be run and completed as per plan

Helping support the division to resolve ticket in related to your solution

Helping the presales team to conduct demo and presentation to prospects

Create a proposal to be offered to client

Working together with other department or division

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems or equivalent.

Proven experience in SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, TM, PY)

Functional knowledge of SAP Solutions, in particular SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

Experience in leading and coaching other colleagues.

Interest in technology and strong desire and ability to master new skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.

Willingness to travel to client locations (100%).
