This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Banten, Indonesia. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. They will be responsible for financial analysis, audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Additional duties include preparing financial reports, managing company cash flow, and collaborating with other departments to guide financial decisions and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in Finance roles. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English - written and verbal. Good leadership, people management and interpersonal skills - able to manage small to medium-sized teams. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability. Subject Matter Expertise is evident, consistent and relevant to the role. Unquestionable ability to deliver and execute (quarterly, monthly, weekly). Trusted to influence the team positively, including the ability to be a culture carrier. Ability to refine and improve checklists and processes. Ability to organize and logically convey both verbal and written communications to staff at any level Job Description

Manage the Finance and accounting group operations. Prepare corporate financial statements and other statutory accounting reports. Prepare internal management reports as well as provide financial analysis and regular monthly financial updates. Cash flow management, including release of daily cash position report. GL accounts management. Facilitate the buildup of the annual financial budget and monitoring of targets during the year. Collaborate with cross-functional teams regarding issues and projects impacting the corporate financials and expense management. Handles the annual financial audit and deals directly with the external auditors. Oversees the tax and regulatory compliance of the entities. Assists the Director of Finance for other Finance duties as necessary.
