PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta is looking for highly motivated and experienced

Restaurant Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure meets the company’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.

Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and budgeting, for each location to achieve financial targets.

Coordinate with the marketing department to implement promotional activities and events that drive customer traffic and sales.

Coordinate the operation of the restaurant ensuring that kitchen, bar and waiting staff are working as a team.

Analyze customer feedback and dining experiences for improvement or innovation within the restaurant offerings or service.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years proven managerial experience in hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.

Culinary, tourism, hospitality or food service management degree is an asset.

Excellent organisational, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills, highly adaptable, team player with excellent leadership qualities and great delegation skills.

Has genuine interest in F&B, self‑motivated, able to forecast food and beverages needs, eye for details and resourceful.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

Willing to go for business trips at other cities.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
