Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review, monitor, and evaluate user-generated content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos.
Enforce community guidelines and policies regarding acceptable content, identifying and removing content that violates these standards (e.g., harmful, offensive, or illegal content).
Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency while moderating content, ensuring quick and efficient responses.
Report any issues or trends related to content violations and assist in resolving complex cases.
Keep accurate records of moderation actions and maintain documentation on handled cases.
Qualifications:
Good proficiency in English is a must, minimum B2 level.
Willing to work from office in our office Concentrix - Lippo Mall Yogyakarta.
Diploma/Bachelorโs degree holder
Prior work experience on Social Media platforms, either as Content Moderator/Reviewer or as Customer Service is a plus.
Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries.
High on teamwork and engagement, mature & has the analytical thinking.
Wiling to work in rotational 24/7 shifting schedule.
