Swappie is seeking a

MarTech Solutions Freelancer

to provide expert technical oversight for the planning, delivery, and optimization of our marketing technology infrastructure.

The selected partner will act as the technical bridge between our Marketing and Engineering units, ensuring that MarTech initiatives are scoped correctly and executed to specification. This is a

time-based engagement

with multiple projects, focused on high-quality technical delivery and system architecture.

Scope of Services (Deliverables)

You will be responsible for the following outputs:

Backlog Management:

Maintain a prioritized technical roadmap of MarTech initiatives based on business impact modeling. Technical Documentation:

Translate marketing requirements into detailed functional specifications (PRDs) for Data and Engineering teams. Project Governance:

Define clear project milestones, technical dependencies, and success metrics for all MarTech deployments. Cross-Functional Interface:

Act as the primary technical point of contact for MarTech-related queries between Marketing, Product, and Data units. Ecosystem Optimization:

Provide subject matter expertise on

CRM (Braze) , tracking, and attribution models to ensure data integrity across the stack. Reporting:

Deliver regular progress updates, risk assessments, and technical outcome reports to project leads.

Required Technical Expertise

We are looking for a professional who can demonstrate a proven track record in:

MarTech Architecture:

Documented experience delivering complex marketing technology projects - You probably have been working on similar projects for +3 years. Platform Proficiency:

Advanced technical knowledge of

Braze , attribution modeling, and incrementality testing. Systems Integration:

Ability to map marketing workflows to data and technology ecosystems. Technical Communication:

Proficiency in drafting actionable specifications for engineering teams.

Engagement Logistics

Duration:

This is an on-going project and we are looking for a partner who is able to work with us for ideally from

6 to 12 months . Meeting Cadence:

We’ll have weekly syncs for project alignment with Swappie’s Markets team and project stakeholders, in addition to a weekly 1to1 with our Head of Growth. Otherwise we communicate actively via Slack. Evaluation:

Performance will be assessed based on the accuracy of technical documentation and the timely completion of defined milestones. Location:
