Apical Engineering Trainee (AET)

program is a

career acceleration program

designed for fresh graduates who are ready to gain hands-on experience at operational sites. This program aims to develop

Future Leaders

within Apical Group.

Program Overview: The Program begins with

1 month of classroom training in Dumai , followed by

11 months of on-the-job training

at assigned sites ( Dumai, Balikpapan, Padang, Marunda ) including

Continuous Improvement Project . After completing the training, participant will serve a

two-year bonding period

as

permanent staff

at their assigned location.

Who Can Apply? Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00

or a

Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25

(fresh graduates or have a maximum of 2 years of work experience). Majors:
