Job Description
Develop and run marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and student enrollment.
Lead and coordinate the Marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals.
Set clear targets for each marketing division, provide guidance, and ensure smooth teamwork.
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, then monitor, analyze, and report the results.
Manage the marketing budget effectively and efficiently according to allocated resources.
Work closely with the operations and support teams to meet marketing needs and ensure smooth execution.
Handle initial contact for corporate/government sales before handing over to the operational team.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support marketing strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and external marketing agents.
Ensure all campaigns follow regulations and protect the companyโs image and reputation.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or brand management (experience in startups or edtech is a plus).
Has led a small to mid-sized such as social media, content, community, SEO, or design.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: paid ads (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads), SEO/SEM, and CRM tools.
Able to create and run campaigns with clear goals (leads, CAC, LTV).
Experience managing moderate to substantial monthly marketing budgets.
Data-driven with strong analytical skills. Used to reading metrics and making decisions based on CAC, ROAS, engagement rate, and funnel performance.
Strong leadership, good communication skills, high resilience, honest, and a problem solver.
Based in Jabodetabek area
