Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end platform integration and execution of customer engagement capabilities, from requirement definition to go-live and ongoing optimization.
Own execution of owned-channel communications across campaign, product, and lifecycle use cases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Translate customer and business needs into executable journeys, personalization rules, content frameworks, and activation logic.
Drive cross-functional delivery by working closely with Product, IT, Data, and Marketing teams to ensure both integration readiness and campaign execution are aligned.
Monitor performance and continuously optimize execution, using data, testing, and insights to improve engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs Degree
5 years working experience
Good communication, presentation, reporting analyst and project management skills
