1. (Market & Consumer Insights)
Analyze market and competitive landscapes, synthesize research findings, and develop market strategies.
Conduct research and derive insights on the market, industry, competitors, and consumers. Collect macro-level data across the market, industry (including clients/channels), consumers, and competition to deliver valuable analytical reports.
2. (Product Expansion)
Independently lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for products, managing product launches across the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). This includes overseeing product launch plans, monitoring progress, managing product samples, forecasting demand, and setting prices.
Leverage market and consumer insights to guide product planning/definition, identify and package product selling points, and develop product solutions, strategies, and expansion plans at global, regional, and national levels.
3. (Product Management)
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, monitor sales performance, and implement strategic adjustments (e.g., price changes, inventory control) in response to market conditions. Be accountable for the product's commercial success and manage end-to-end lifecycle projects. Develop effective plans based on project objectives; monitor execution to ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration; quickly identify risks and adjust resource allocation; organize retrospectives to capture learnings and promote rapid improvement.
