Job Description Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our technology products. Identify prospects' needs and problems, and offer appropriate solutions through our products and services. Maintain and update the prospect database regularly within the company's CRM system. Schedule appointments or product demos between prospects and the sales team. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Gather and provide feedback regarding products and telemarketing approaches to management. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.

Qualifications Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools. Basic knowledge of technology products or software is a plus. Ability to build relationships and interact with various types of customers. Ability to work under tight targets and show initiative to achieve and exceed them. Ability to organize and manage time effectively, and keep accurate records. Honesty, professionalism, and a high standard of work ethics. Strong Ability to build external relationship ability to work in a fast pace high pressure working culture
