Execute full-cycle architectural design workflows using Rhino3D and Vectorworks. Develop and refine detailed 3D models while maintaining design integrity. Manage files, layers, and documentation for effective project coordination. Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents. Share design rationale and workflows to support AI training and team clarity. Troubleshoot and resolve complex design and modeling challenges. Requirements

Proven hands-on expertise in Rhino3D and Vectorworks. Strong understanding of architectural technical workflows and documentation. Experience translating design concepts into construction-ready drawings. Excellent file coordination and organizational skills. Clear written and verbal communication abilities. Comfortable collaborating remotely and explaining design decisions.
