CSA Supervisor (Project based)

What will you do

Supervise daily CSA activities, including civil works, structural, and architectural finishes.

Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) to prevent conflicts and delays.

Monitor Contractor performance and progress.

Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in CSA supervision within construction or EPC projects.

Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural standards and practices.

Familiarity with project management tools and construction methodologies.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Possession of a recognized Engineering Certification is an advantage.
