PRODUCT ENGINEER FOOTWARE SPV B

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the product engineering team to ensure efficient and effective product development processes

Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, helping them resolve complex issues and implement best practices

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and procurement, to optimize product design and manufacturing

Analyse product performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality

Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to drive innovation and maintain compliance

Develop and implement process improvements, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity

Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering their professional development and building a strong, cohesive team

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a product engineering role, preferably within manufacturing; strong technical expertise in product design, development, and testing, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of engineers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
